Position: Setup/Takedown Assistant

Type: Volunteer

Supervisor: House Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Carry and place supplies at concert venue under supervision of House Manager:
    • move tables in the lobby;
    • move water bottles and supplies to beverage and cookie tables;
    • move beverages and supplies to alcoholic beverage table inside Gallery;
    • move tickets and supplies to ticket office;
    • move musician food and beverages to Green Room;
    • generally assist in preparing/cleaning-up theatre lobby.
  • When necessary, pick up items from Raley's and Black Oak Roasters, as directed.
  • Return supplies, leftover items to Board members' vehicles after concert.

Estimated Time Requirements:
  • Two hours before concert
  • Thirty minutes after concert

Candidate Requirements:
  • Must be capable of light (35 lbs.) lifting and physical work.
  • Must be a team player.
